Lookin’ at the windows I see birds turning in the sky
But today it seems there’s something totally different
I feel sort of sick, my eyes are blurred, there’s trouble in my mind
As clouds are flying fast to hide the blue
There’s now dozens of birds turning and turning over this town
In the sky more cloudy - What’s the sign?
A new message from high above
Warning us? Or threatening us?
We will suffer, many will have to die
It must be a nightmare… Yes, it’s a nightmare!
Now hundreds and hundreds of birds are turning in the sky
In the sky more and more cloudy - What’s the sign?
The birds are getting close, and now are smashing the window
I want to scream but in fact I feel positive
The birds around me are taking me out of my shelter
And I understand now what was the sign
We could fly thru the sky
Together live, again
A happy world, with no need to fight…
It must be a nice dream… Yes, it’s a nice dream!
Now wake up!
It’s early in the morning the radio-clock is shouting
The news I hear they remind me of the world i live in
Murders, wars, bomb attacks, political violence,
Social unrest, union protests, financial scandals
Racial fights, religious fights, plague and starvation…
Well, I have my marks, I’m back I’m back in the Good Old World
I get out of my bed, hardly awake, to look at the window
And millions of birds have now blackened the sky
The birds around me are taking me out of my shelter
From my world now I’m flying fast away
Yes, I’m flying, flying, flying over my shelter
And I want to follow this salvation sign.


2. INSANE

Closing my mind to the outside world,
I’ll keep my eyes open for the rest of my life,
I won’t say no word anymore,
Won’t laugh, won’t cry Never…

Insanity invading me
Darkness inviting me
With my new foolish friends
I’ll never see the light again…

Walking in corridors like a machine
Sitting on my chair, like a dead thing
Sleeping without dreaming never more
I won’t feel no reject anymore

But if someone can save me
I’ll wash away my insanity
I will give her all my life
I’ll offer all my pride

But walls are getting close to me
I pray for someone to help me
My cell is the only friend
Of my dark insanity

Looking at the world as I want it to be
This cell will be my grave

Thoughts in my hands

Staying day after day, hoping for her

3. NOW YOU UNDERSTAND

It seems you’re trying to find the way out
You know I was trying to find it either

4. GLOBAL AWARENESS

Now the time has come to reveal
The renewal that I can feel
Something around here has to change
Don’t ask me now, I know it’s strange
Now it’s time to see
Change, our minds must change
Awareness needs all our strength
That changing is all we need
Mankind will soon have to face
The mutation the world awaits
But once passed through all these ordeals
It will start again for something real
Will you follow me there, my love
To reach this light from high above
We’d walk togother to succed
In this movement awareness leads
This shock will change the world,
But “Doomsday” is not word
Perhaps we’ll perish in this trial
Or be among the chosen ones
But I can’t tell you at this time
At least I know that we must try

The supreme being is the same for all
So don’t call no war for god
How can it be different?
Living free, lovingly, that’s what we aim for
