1. BLACK-HEARTED DOPPELGANGER

One seldom day, she penned the board,
In the room of fellow candle-wasters,
She instanced a mirror on her side,
A mirror it was not to be,
The whole space, sprung apace
For Sagée was seen in two,
Her double was seen in the room,
Her spirit was seen by others too

She broke down, inside out,
She felt a chill in her bones,
She was not the only one, she knew,
There was another like her,
Evil, her motives seemed,
The black-hearted Doppelganger

The life in her felt a chill,
Sagée didn’t feel sane,
The doubtless proof stood tall,
In the midst of the crowed, the darkness revived,
All could see, none could deny.

The dark heart, drummed, it not
Her doppelganger seemed strange
Motionless, with her ghostly face,
The apparition remained it’s name.

At her sight Sagée felt drained,
Pale as though life was fading,
From her self, and soul and a parts within,
Sagée had no reservations..
