Supremacy increases vulnerability, neglecting one's own mortality

A resonance of resistance will establish the first signs of the downfall of their empire
Of importance is to terminate the display of power
They will see what the cost of presumed immortality will be


3. ESPOUSAL OF THE TEMPEST (Carrion for the Meek pt. 1)

The thought of ensconce may offer comfort in their time of need
But you let the negative aspects glister in its brightest form
And prohibit the disclosure of those that are positive
Gazing towards this world in black and white
Willingly imposing your dogma upon the feeble

Making them chant that all white they see, really is pitch black
Just because you define it according to those specifications
They will follow you, the one who is leading the tempest

Willingly twisting facts in your favor, carrion for the meek
Just to ensure that the information fits with your own purpose
Not caring about the consequences of misinformation

Using the aftermath of your lies to add insult to injury
Indulging themselves in the pretense of your perfect fairytale
Shackling those that fall prey to your mitigating words
Luring them into matrimony with your own ideals
Abusing them for your own cause, then leaving them smothered


4. MASQUERADE DISCREPANCY

Masquerade discrepancy in order to obtain credibility
Things that are frowned upon must be concealed
Concealing their discrepancy behind a veil of falsehood, they have become faceless

They are afraid to make their own choices, (their) own decisions
Just because they fear the reaction of their environment
They fear to be cast out of their familiar circles, and start a new life on their own
They are fearful of the retribution of the established order

And therefore are not willing to contemplate the possibility of reason
Fear of change is what disrupts their own development, clinging onto certainty
They contribute to the withdrawal of self-expression
Settling for stagnation is settling for your own decline

Undoing your blindfold will lead to the insight of self
Dare to deviate, leave the charade, defy the established rules
And contribute to the contrary of their belief
Help to show them that ignorance isn't bliss


5. THE PROCRUSTEAN APPROACH

In order to let go of the throes of malevolence
Engrave your people with a procrustean approach
Willingly incinerating every last trace of inquisitiveness
Hoping to introduce conformity

Those who oppose will meet their own demise
Making the masses mere feeble sheep

Ensuring everything is under your control
Making them believe that it is the only path to a life of illumination
Consign to an inanimate life

Let the world, hear their lament
Make sure your actions are of no avail
Fighting for the next generation
For them to have another fighting chance
