Le chanteur du groupe russe a été mis en examen par le FBI pour de sombres raisons, ce qui a provoqué l'arrêt de leur tournée ainsi qu'une suspension de leur site officiel.
C'est donc désormais Morbid (guitare) qui s'occupe des questions concernant le groupe.
La majorité des titres de leur prochain opus "Ceremony of Godslaying" étant déjà écrit, cela ne ferai que repousser la date (encore inconnue) de celui-ci. Il est néanmoins assuré par Inferior qu'il sortira en 2012.

Déclaration d'Inferior :

In a short time the trial is expected; term: 4-15 years imprisonment. Maybe I'll have to leave this country. Inferius Torment is OK, much of the material for the next album is already written. Shooting of the music video is temporarily suspended. Planned tour was canceled because being under investigation, I can't leave the country. All the main issues currently are considered by Morbid. Ceremony Of Godslaying will be published this year.

Period of bad luck is a great experience."
