Inborn Suffering is mainly a melting pot of individuals coming from different Metal's horizons.

In Autumn 2002 Thomas and Manu entered in contact with Stephane (Ningizzia/Lethian dreams...) and another guy with the project of forming a doom/dark band.

But during firsts Jam Sessions there were objectively divergences in what would be the musical orientation of the band, so it was decided not to go on. But in fact some kind of feeling existed between Stef, Manu and Thomas so they keep playing together; constructing the first tracks (partially abandoned now) of current Inborn Suffering.

Later on, the three logically decided to complete the line up, consisting in the recruiting of one guitarist and keys player. So during the first 2003 months, Loic, active musician in French "underground" pagan BM scene (prominent member of Eol Telwen, Nydvind, Bran Barr ...) joined as guitarist and Sebastien who had several BM/Doom projects (Fogzard/Lethian Dreams...) besides joined as keyboard player, both of them having a great passion for doom metal and showing extreme motivation in this project.

Inborn Suffering was born from this gathering of musicians and starts rehearsing doom tracks influenced by major bands but with a personal touch creating itself's identity.

The band had to face various problems as violin player availability and motivation, vocals job performing etc etc...

During spring 2004, the guys wondered that a dedicated singer was needed (Loic was supposed to do the vocals before that time), and Fred (singer of Drowning) who was greatly motivated by the band's music and perspectives joined as full time singer. He was part of a doom metal formation before and obviously had great passion for this.

Current problem now is to find a talentuous and motivated violin player to complete the line up but this is another story to be told...
