Cold Embrace was formed as a solo-project but quickly became a 2-man band featuring Andreas Libera and Michael Hahn. After the release of their second demo the frist album "Ode to Sorrow" was released in 1999. Another full-length album, "Age Of Doom" and an mCD "Buran" were released. They band plays a rather strange mix of several Doom styles, ranging from Candlemass and St. Vitus to Winter and Thergothon. (bio by VP)
