Taiga consists of five young forest creatures playing beautiful heavy metal chants for the headbangers of the murky forest (and others too if the price is right) ! They have been doing this since 1999 but feel still as new and fresh as ever. The old mountain king himself describes their music as quite somber but still alive and kickin! You just cant keep you head still when they play, he explains. Their melodies are gloomy as the shadows beneath the treetop cealing and the sorceres behind the microphone spreads her evil spells through the PA giving you no choice other then rocking about like a crazy stone giant on ecstasy! The bandmembers have all learned their instruments from the old water sprite himself. Some people thinks he is only into playing the violin. But that is a myth we now will kill ones and for all! Everyone in the murky forest are infact true metal heads and the water sprite is no exception! We want melancholy! We want beauty! And last but not least.... we want to bang our heads! Says the watersprite. The old mountain king standing beside him noods. "That is correct and I must say its truly a blessing that we have such talented musicians in our forest. Taiga has everything you would ever want from a forest metal band!"
