C'était dure mais j'ai fini par choisire le Vulgar Display Of Power de Pantera, mais j'aurais bien choisit Kill'em All, South of Heaven, Pleasure to kill...

Mon #1 des #1, Feel The Fire (Overkill) n'y étant pas [c'est un Scandale !!

].... J'ai pris le #2... Persecution Mania de Sodom. J'aurai pu voter Ride The Lightning, Ignorance ou Terrible Certainty aussi...

J'ai pas mal hesiter entre Seasons In The Abyss, Morbid Tales et Rust In Peace pour, au final, choisir ce dernier car il possède trois de mes chansons favorites (Hangar 18, Tornado of Soul et Rust in Peace) mais aussi pour la voix de l'ami Mustaine et les duels de gratte jamais égalés par la paire de Metalloche.

Ce n'est pas évident de répondre, il y a beaucoup d'albums que je préfère pour des raisons différentes, j'ai choisi And Justice for All car c'est le premier qui m'est venu à l'esprit et que je l'ai recherché dans la (longue) liste.
Pour moi le plus abouti, le plus sombre (après la mort de cliff burton ça parait logique) et le plus subtile des Metallica, mais j'aurais très bien pu voter pour Countdown to Extinction dont j'adore les mélodies, Beneath the Remains pour l'agressivité, l'explosif et redoutable Burn my Eyes ou bien encoreVulgar Display of Power et ses incontournables hits...

Bref la liste est longue et variée mais je retiens tout de même And Justice for All en hommage au groupe avec lequel j'ai découvert le thrash.

L’ouverture d'esprit n'est pas une fracture du crâne.
