Alice In Chains by Far, even though I consider them more metal than grunge. They had the unfortunate timing of emerging when all the other Grunge bands did and were labeled as such.

I Saw Local H live about three weeks ago. They are just a Two MAN band, who played a guitar and drums to coincide to a recording of bass music. I think that is like cheating. They were selling a new 4 track EP called Team. Team is a cover of a Lorde song and the other three tracks are original.
