To me, this looks like it was made with Windows 98 or even 95, especially the guy in the background.  Album isn't that terrible, I do have to say.

Lol, you're absolutely right.  That's exactly what it looks like!  Bad part is it was released in 2009....thankfully, their new album Blind Ride looks a lot better haha.
