Seasons is probably my favorite, with reign/hell awaits/show no Mercy being right behind.

Of the newer albums GOD hates us all is my favorite.

i'm gonna sound like a poser for this but i'm really getting into GOD Hates Us All. it's definantly my 3rd favorite Slayer album (behind Seasons in The Abyss and Reign in Blood). I've carved the Slayer logo into soo many desks in the last 4 years

Hell Awaits, then Show No Mercy/Reign in Blood, South of Heaven, and Haunting the Chapel, in that order. They're probably my favourite Thrash Metal band for those records, when all told.

i kinda equated Show no Mercy to Bonded by blood.  I find it hard to argue your choice since this is an opinion, and I really really love Hell Awaits.
