It is a problem to often use very high marks but I do not think this is the case here. And what we call a track by track is:

Namesong1: blablabla
Namesong2: blablabla
etc..

It's not when you quote song titles to compare them to others or about their sound, instruments, and so on of the best.
Returning to the notation, if, after re-listened to the album several times, you realize that the nrate is too low or too high, Nothing prevents you to edit and ADD a line or Two at The End of the review (or in comments). It happened to me and that's what I did.
I'll watch the reviews issues in the day and we'll talk later about this problem.

Yes, that is EXACTLY what comes to my mind when I hear the term "track-by-track" review. I've also had times where I go back to my reviews, and I think "Huh... maybe I was being too soft/harsh on this rating..." or "Ehh, I don't like how I phrased or included this..." There's really Nothing wrong with making a few tweaks to one's own reviews here and there if he or she feels it's necessary.
