Mostly Nu Metal and post-grunge/alternative rock. Even after all of these years, I can still relate to some of Linkin Park's songs on their first two albums, as well as Staind.

I like to play rock ballads by bands like: Firehouse and Journey for example when I am depressed...I also like to play Def Leppard when I am depressed because most of their songs are so energetic and when I play Def Leppard it starts to make me feel more happy...8-]]
