Listening to that Folk Metal CD I volunteered to review by Yggdrasil, called Irrbloss. It's pretty good--I have the review up now. It's on the frontpage of SOM. check it out if you're interested.

Hate Eternal album "Phoenix Amongst the Ashes"

It seems Erik finally got the production right, made his growls better and their drummer is now technical as Hell
Demo, you need to hear this album

I'm definantly Lookin forward to the new Hate Eternal album, S'it out on the blogspots yet?
Dowth 2059 - Suidakra
This is another one of my favorites of 2011 so Far, it's right on par with the giants of Folk Metal, Ensiferum, And Eluveitie. If you're into the more melodic death themed Folk Metal, check this album out

"Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia" by Dimmu Borgir and "Bringer of Plagues" by Divine Heresy.
I can't stop listening to Indoctrination and Blessing the Thrones of Tyranny, Such an Extreme album!
Divine Heresy also is super Extreme and technical, their drummer Tim Yueng always blows my mind with the super fast double bass speed and the crazy blast beats.

The best album in the history of The Black symphonic is not puritanical euphoric misanthropia but In the Nightside Eclipse(Emperor)
