Tankard - Ugly Fat and Still Alive.  It's a fun jam that us old school headbanging drunks can relate to.

Here in the states, when someone is addicted to dope or maybe alcohol, the common saying is that they have a monkey on their back.  So I'm wondering if the album art showing a green angel or a fairy who is riding the shoulders of the person depicted is a European equivalent to that.  Remember the old Black Sabbath song, Fairies Wear Boots.  Can any of you Europeans explain that to me?.  Is that supposed to be a green angel or a fairy?
