Yeah, that one is a bit better.
I dunno why, but for some reason I think I should always keep my Avatar the same. My signature can be changed, but my Avatar is gonna stay.

Take em onto paint or some program like that, import the pic in, go to Save As, and when it comes up asking you to name the file go to the file type drop-down bar and select 'JPEG' and there ya go.
