a friend of mine just now told me that Lazarus AD is coming to my town, i can't believe it, its been forever since a real metal band has played here, i'm so stoked for this show, they'll be playing with some local bands, Wraith, and What Thou Will (not positive on What Thou will yet, nobody from the band has mentioned it to me yet) and Cynosis.

Anybody heard about a 5 day metalfest/ cruise (yes, on a cruise ship) called 70,000 tons of metal? It looks fuckin sweet, there's gonna be 40 bands playin there including Sodom, Death Angel, Sabaton, Swashbuckle, Blind Guardian and a ton of other great bands. I'd Kill to go to it, sadly I doubt I'll be able to... But it sounds awesome
I believe it starts January 24th or somewhere around then, and it sets sail in Miami, and heads Down to Cozumel, Mexico. Check the official site for the details (70,000 tons of metal.com)

Yeah, I received a lot of flyers in Germany, it looks really interesting. However I don't think I can afford a cruise ship, not to mention it beiong way over in America.
 
But it is a somewhat strange and original idea to have a metal festival on a cruise ship.
