Raina says : Yeah, I received a lot of flyers in Germany, it looks really interesting. However I don't think I can afford a cruise ship, not to mention it beiong way over in America.

But it is a somewhat strange and original idea to have a metal festival on a cruise ship.

oh yeah, i completely agree, its definantly the most original idea anyone's though up in awhile i just hope they do it again next year (i'm gonna try and save up for it, because i'm sure its at least $1,000 total, you apparently have to buy a cabin for the whole 5 days)

Also...which one's less gayer in your opinion (maybe worth spending money just too see how they're live) : Theatre des Vampires or Combichrist?

Don't really know if you mean "gay" gay or gay as in a way to say it's bad. I have seen Combichrist live and I thought they were frigging awesome and not gay in any of the ways i mentioned but the vocalist always seemed to grab his crouch in order to not drop his pants though maybe that's what you meant with "gay". But I don't know if you even like aggrotech but if you do I would recommend Combichrist.

Combichrist it is then.

I meant, as you probably guessed already, gay as in lame. though 'gay' is a rather strong word... I used it for expressive purposes.

And I think the crouch grabbing is just the guy's special dance move 0 0 or a statement of virility combined with another statement of how he doesn't care about what other people think. People could opt for a belt in order to keep pants up, you know.

He just kinda does it in a way which makes it look like he tries to keep them up. They're actually a lot better live than studio. They use real drums instead of drum machine and their is two drummers as well which might sound kinda lame but it really works out. The drummers are pretty damn wild and sometimes you don't know if they were supposed to destroy their drumsets or if just happened by accident. Whenever a part of the drumset falls Down a guy always rushes in and quickly picks it up and places it in the right place which is kinda amusing to watch.

That sounds interesting (the drum part, though now that you told me I'm sure I'll start paying attention to the guy's crouch :-| ). They must spend a Fortune on replacing their cymbals 0 .
