Decapitated
Fleshgod Apocalypse-these guys are fuckin insane check em Out they combine classical music and technical Death Metal
Origin
Dominion-i think they're the band from Sweden i dunno which one cuz there's like 3 of em

Meshuggah are really more mathmetal then technical death, although I suppose there's crossover. They're really into Don Cab, and you'd know the influence of Che on Haake by listening to them.

The Faceless and Fleshgod Apocalypse are probably the best new tech death bands, as for older ones you're looking at Cryptopsy, Nile and Morbid Angel as the best, later period Death as well
