Here's a thought: why not search for bands yourself? Everybody here has a wide variety of tastes (NoNe of which are majorly similar to yours) and we're surely not going to find something you like all that efficiently by spoonfeeding you assorted bands that we can think of off the top of our heads.
Start from bands you like; go to one of their videos on youtube and click on some related bands, read up on their history and find out what bands influenced them, Hell, look around on the internet for some discussion on them and see what bands they are compared to. You're much more likely to find something you like that way, the experience is much more rewarding (Trust me, there's Nothing quite like finding a really good band from this kind of sleuthing), and threads like these, which breed few results and no real discussion, don't have to exist.

I have the same taste of music as  Chelsea Grin.
 
But still, that is the way I found my music. I just looked at the suggestions from youtube and I-tunes and most of it is very relevent to my intrests.
 
Here's an idea, why don't you combine BOTH! you don't have to stick to one method of searching.

This thread is called "discussions about music" not "I'm too Lazy to find bands on my own so give me pointless lists". Why don't we actually discuss music, instead of catering to the latter option. There are MORE than enough awesome bands in the "rate what the above person is listening to" thread, plus there's tons of other namedropping going on elsewhere in the forum, especially in the individual subgenre threads, so is there REALLY any need for THIS? it just takes Sloth to a whole new level.

Well I don't think many of the things on rate what the person above you is listening to tends to Chelsea Grin's needs. Its mainly Death Metal/Thrash/Power/Black. Not so much the Metalcore/Deathcore area.
