1. What was the submition? (a band, album, news?)
 
2. Have you asked the person who validated it? (I know that nobody want to admit this, but there are some validators who are too harsh) I hope you don't mind me asking, but who was the validator?
 
3. Have you recieved anything like this before? if so, how many?
