There's ALOT of songs that bring back nostalgic memories for me...
As much as I loved holy grail's album Crisis in Utopia, I really can't listen to it anymore without bringing back alotta bad memories about this stupid Bitch I dated like a year ago. Decadence by disturbed brings back some of the oldest memories I have from listening to music, that used to be my song back when I was into those need for speed games (they'd always slip a few quasi-metal bands into their soundtracks). Iced Earth's framing Armageddon part 1 is closely tied to my sophomore year in high school, which was the year that I started growin my hair out and sorta morphed into who I am now.

Gilded Cunt- First real metal song I would hear
Withstand the Fall of Time- First song I listened to after losing my v (Random, I know )
Blasphemous Cremation- First song that literally creeped me out
Entrails Full of Vermin- First song on my quest for ultimate heaviness that I said "this is just stupid, fuck heaviness, I prefer melody."
Vigil (yeah, LoG is gay, I know)- Last song I listened to with my good friend before he was killed.  Ironic lyrics for the occasion.  This coinciding with his death actually turned me into a total nihilist.
Beyond the North Waves- First song to give me chills
Mother Earth Father Thunder- First Folk Metal song I heard.  Needless to say, everything after that couldn't help but disappoint.

Fire Lances Of The Ancient Hyperzephyrians by The Sword brings back not so good memories of my first year of college.  I was on my own, my roommate was a jerk and I did not have many friends.  I would listen to Age of Winters, Gods Of The Earth and Warp Riders through that first year because they are awesome, but now I just associate them with that horrible year haha.  But I am slowly starting to get out of it and I have been listening to The Sword once again In contrast, I picked up Delain's April Rain the day I came home from college for the summer, and it's been on my iPod Ever Since
