But yeah, that actually had a real good vibe to it, do they normally play that kind of stuff or was that just an outlier?

Also, @Raina: I can see why you wouldn't take a liking to the Ulver song; I mean we are metal fans here, and we love thick, resonant walls of sound in our music. But i don't know, the simplicity of the melodies just kind of casually draws you in; it doesn't beg for your attention, it doesn't shock you in any way, it just creeps its way in and out of your conscious like a cool Autumn breeze rustling through your jacket. It sets a particular Mood, and when I connect with it, it reminds me why i love music so.

But I agree; Deicide sucks the big one. Haven't made anything good since Legion and that was mediocre at best.

Btw, I like Deicide because they have some good instrumental parts, the vocals sometimes annoy me, and I don't like Glen Benton. But hey, everyone has his own taste.
