Nice views... climbing mountains at night is a bit dangerous, since you don't see much, though Pietrele Doamnei should be all right, since it's not a very difficult road.

Winter time, you can see everything, since the
Moon reflects in the snow! 3 years ago went with a group of friends, wanting to climb Ceahlau, but we stopped at the village pub first. We finally started towards the mountains at 1 a.m. - it was the middle of december... Drank half a bottle of vodka and some wine, got warmed up and in good humour, stripped
Down to T shirt and went up trekking... even started singing like idiots, made it at 4 something up and caught a really nice sunrise over the mountains...
You should try it sometime (maybe not powered by vodka, but I'm not convinced on that advice)
