I have just received a message that I have got penalty points for a video that I added to Hellyeah's page

The message reads

Sorry, this video is not visible on SOM. The content is blocked in our country because of copyright.

I don't think I deserve the penalty. How is it a fault of mine if the video is blocked in a particular country? How am I supposed to know? and how do I stop this from happening again?

Write that message to the person who validated the video. But you aren't usually penalized points unless you don't correct stuff after a long time or annoy the validators (don't know about the french, though). 0

You are right and i think it must be done by mistake.
Of course you cant know this and i brought this to discussion with the validators.
How many points of penalty you received?

Only 4 points.
I sent a PM to the administrator, asking why I received the penalty, and she said that she was obliged to remove the points. I understand this, I just don't want it to keep happening.

I Posted a video. I got a message saying that I got "0 penalty points". It said the title was wrong even though it had the band name and the song name.

Fail!

I did one review on Suicide Silence's The Cleansing album. I attatched the video clip of Bludgeoned To Death. I come back just recently and I find out that the video was removed and I had No Warning about it. Why did this happen?

Why the Hell would you attach a video to a review in the first place though? That completely defeats the purpose of the review.

And perhaps the validators had the same line of thinking as I and decided that a video wasn't appropriate for a review, so they took it down. No biggie.
