I can't really fathom how American troops, in a place they've been told is crawling with terrorists, would Decide it would be a good idea to brun a few books of the Quran. I guess the Fact that NoNe of them have been killed because of this kinda proves there're no other terrorists in the area...

It's a very stupid and disrespectful action. But the Fact NoNe is killed? There are some options on this:

A) The terrorists don't know it yet
B) they are preparing to strike
C) they ignore it
D) there are actually no terrorists there

Take your choice, but all are pretty possible

I find it hard to believe a Terrorist wouldn't be aware of it, seeing as it's on the news and the Fact that riots in the middle of a town are hard to miss. Not only that but terrorists aren't turbaned cartoon characters living in caves--they walk in streets unknown as political criminals because they blend in with other people.
I think that if there were any attacks to come, they'd have come by now. But that's just me.

If this were a normal world, those who ripped Quorans should get a fine for disturbing the peace (if anybody denounciated), and terrorists are criminals that should go to jail and visit the Mental ward/get their brain washed too.
 
As for he news today, Putin won the Russian elections. Not with 140%, but 58% this time. The population must be outraged, even I am annoyed looking at those pics with theatrical tears in his eyes.

regarding the quran/koran/however the fuck its pronounced burnings, a friend of mine who's about to be deployed to Afghanistan (no thanks to those ignorant 3rd world fucks) said that they were accidentally burned, according to him, a group of scouts had ran across a taliban camp and were burning enemy intel and somehow a few of their holy books got mixed in the pile as well and now all the muzzies over there have their turbans in a bunch over it. I've expressed my opinions on Islam before, and it's hard to not go on a rant when riots start all across the middle east over something this dumb... it's a fuckin book. go Cry about it.
