Les Discrets - Septembre et ses dernieres pensées
I just love the way it's drawn. It gives me the perfect atmosphere and matches the music perfectly as well

Since the new Burzum album is coming out:

Easily... EASILY the best Burzum album art since Filosofem. Best of all, there's no logo or album title here, so not only will the angry fanboys be unable to Bitch about lack of 'original logo', the artwork feels COMPLETELY uncluttered by text and we are left to bask in its awesome. Just looking at this artwork gives me all sorts of feelings of Ancient times before territory and societal disputes, when the world was mystical and people were attached to the world and called it Mother. The Black silhouette of the tree against bloody, violently-colored sky is moody. This album art is pretty much perfect and I cannot wait to hear the music on it. I CANNOT WAIT FOR MAY.

I LOVE the Altar Of Plagues one. It's so dreary.

I like the Bottom Two, especially Latitudes, but that top one looks too metalcore-cliche to me. Is October Tide a Metalcore band?

A Funeral Doom Metal album that I love:

This is one of the many albums I picked up and listened to solely based on the album art. I love it!

Yeah, the Latitudes one is pretty eccentric.
And not at all. I really don't Trust what people put as band genres here... I would have thought that they were Doom Metal because of the bands they band members used to be in (In Mourning, Katatonia being a couple of them) but that doesn't really constitute a genre. I gave their songs Fragile and The Custodian of Science from that album a listen and they sound like melodic death.
