The only Melodic Black Metal band I know of is Cryptic Wintermoon.

I recommend Hate Revealed, Black Moon, and Gods of Fire and Ice.

***UPDATE***

I just found another one;

Slechtvalk.

Immortal Souls is awesome. Apparently they're considered "Unblack" metal. probly the best example of the genre i've ever heard, Winterreich was an awesome album, haven't heard any of their other albums

Mork Gryning

Melodic Black is my favorite sub-genre of the mighty Black Metal. And it is my honest opinion that Mork Gryning is the pinnacle of this sub-genre.

Check them out!

FUN FACT: The first full length album this band released, the two members were only 15 and 17. It is also my opinion that this is their best album.
