Aussie hard rockers MASSIVE have been confirmed as main support for southern rockers BLACKBERRY SMOKE for a select number of dates on their upcoming European headlining tour.
Following their UK and German tour dates with The Treatment, MASSIVE will join up with Blackberry Smoke in Switzerland on October 31st and will support them through until The End of the tour on November 9th in Sweden. The tour will see the pairing of Two notorious bands of Road dogs, as MASSIVE once famously travelled over 1,000 miles to play a single show, while Blackberry Smoke regularly play up to 250 shows a year.

MASSIVE’s debut album, FULL THROTTLE, was originally released independently in 2013 in the band’s homeland of Australia, and is finally available now in the rest of the world, featuring four newly-recorded bonus tracks which weren’t available on the original release, including two brand new original songs plus covers of AC/DC’s “If You Want Blood (You’ve Got It)” and AEROSMITH’s “Rats in the Cellar”.

BLACKBERRY SMOKE’s latest album, THE WHIPPOORWILL, was released in Europe in February and stormed into the UK charts at number 30. Their brand new live album, LEAVE A SCAR: LIVE IN NORTH CAROLINA, is also available now on double CD, featuring 22 live tracks spread across 2 discs and accompanied by a bonus 18-track concert DVD stuffed with extras, including interviews and exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of the band at home and on the road. The album is also available on 22-track double vinyl LP in a range of limited edition colours.
