Kataklysm's new album, Heaven's Venom, is scheduled to be released in October of 2010 by Nuclear Blast Rcords.  Guitarist Jean-Francois Dagenais says that the new album will retain their signature style, but it will be more melodic, and intricate than their past albums.  The band will handle the recording efforts, but it will be mixed by Tu Madsen (who mixed and mastered, We Are The Void, by Dark Tranquillity) in Denmark.
This information was derived from their My Space site.  I actually submitted this news piece 3 weeks ago  and whoever handled  that job, was probably on a vacation. It was most likely to have been  a Mental vacation.
