Ok, to get fans, you can just tell people to favourite your band. Or better yet, fill our the review request forms on the reviews page. This is a good way to get your band's name out there.
But unfortunately, adding mp3s is a bit of a hassel right now because Spirit of Metal does not host music, they only have a directory to the links. Which is awkward at best because this makes it almost impossible to add any mp3s without the validators thinking something suspecious is going on. The
Bottom line is that its a not really worth the effort
I remember having fun once, it was terrible...
