Well, I think most of my Contempt for them comes from all of the overly positive response from metalheads that once had good tastes. I just don't see why they're considered anything more than a terrible generic band.
I know they did come to my town once before I knew who they were and I did try to go to it, but I had to be 19 to enter the place that they were playin'.

Except for the Fact that Toxic Holocaust predate the thrash revival by a few years, they formed in 1999 and released their first full-length in 2003. That's even before melodic Metalcore rose in popularity.
