Just about anything by Sunn O))), but I haven't heard too much by them so I would say the song 'Belürol Pusztít' by them. I can't really think of many others right now, except maybe 'Disgustipated' by Tool, but I'll come back and post again if I think of anything else. The lyrics from the song by Sunn O))) are all in Hungarian, and in the Tool song, it starts with sheep baaing to a man preaching Christianity (trying to illustrate that followers of religion are sheep) and then you get a section that's Nothing but "THIS IS NECCESSARY" a few times, starting at a whisper, and then, "LIFE FEEDS ON LIFE FEED ON LIFE FEEDS ON..." etc, and then the "THIS IS NECCESSARY" part is repeated, although it's being said through gritted teeth and it's being yelled. Pretty trippy if you listen to all of either song.

I ended up buying an Abruptum album not too long ago (a local record store hit a goldmine of underground Black Metal cd's) and it was rather disappointing, i like my Black Metal to have a few instruments in it... and as far as i heard, it was just them screaming and a few bass notes. never struck me as disturbing, but i never heard about them mutilating themselves while making the album, i might have to give it a second listen now
