Listen to Anti-Human Terror off that one. Really really good.
 
Also, a band called Bran Barr (although they more fit into Viking metal/pagan metal)
They released an album called Sidh in 2010, and it's fricken awesome. Listen to Rebirth off that one.

I don't think anyone has heard of Sinner Serpent and Baxaxaxa (not sure if i wrote it correct), you can try their demo Hellfire, it's pretty good.

Apotheosis from Malta. It may say ambient black metal... well, that is one influence. Epic symphonic Black Metal with ambient influences. Try the demos and definitely the album.

Anyone heard of Deathspell Omega ? It's one of my favorite french BM bands. Quite tough, but so inspired.
 

 

 

yeah, Deathspell Omega is great, probly my favorite French Black Metal band (overall i'd say Benighted is probly my all time favorite though). i haven't listened to awhole lot of em, but they're raw-er Black Metal songs are the best
