Ronnie James Fio is obviously one of the best vocalist I've ever heard. There are also Timo Kotipelto from Stratovarius, Tobias Sammet from Edguy and Tony Kakko from Sonata Arctica who is clearly a great vocalist(he is at the top of his game in Sonata's last album).

Bruce Dickinson is not the best technically but he has a very powerful Voice and his live performance are simply amazing!

John Arch, Harry Conklin, Rob Halford, and Bruce Dickinson are probably my personal favourite clean vocalists. Pretty much every one of them are sublime in some way.

Clean would have to be Halford or Ripper Owens.  I love both and I can't just pick one hahaha.  Screams would be either Stu Block or Matt Barlow.  Again, both are amazing.
