This site was created for the Fans, Family and Friends of “ACCESS”, a metal band from the Dallas/Fort Worth area who performed during the years 1985 to 1986

During the mid-eighties ACCESS performed on the local club circuit along with other local favorites “Pantera ” and “Sweet Savage”. The band’s chemistry was undeniable and their outrageous live shows would leave fans wanting more. Although ACCESS was only together for a short time, they would achieve what other bands could only dream of….. March 26, 1986

ACCESS "In The Middle Of The Night" Radio Broadcast Premier on Q102 TEXAS TAPES

Recorded at Pantego Sound Studio (Arlington, TX) - Jerry Abbott (Engineer)

"In The Middle Of The Night" was one of four songs recorded by ACCESS at Pantego Sound Studios under the technical direction of Jerry Abbott. ACCESS submitted their recording of "In The Middle Of The Night" to local Dallas/Fort Worth radio station Q102 (Texas Best Rock) for airplay consideration. "In The Middle Of The Night" received it's radio broadcast premiere on Q102 TEXAS TAPES on March 26, 1986 and was introduced by legendary disc jockey Doug "Redbeard" Hill.


June 6, 1986

ACCESS opens for Capitol Records recording artist "King Kobra" on their "Thrill of a Lifetime" tour at the OZ Club in Corpus Christie TX


Late June, 1986

ACCESS performs at the Eagle 97 (KEGL) charity concert benefiting the “Tarrant County Battered Women's Shelter” in Mansfield TX

* This would be ACCESS's last performance. The group disbanded shortly after this performance
