If I had to choose just one, it would be Forbidden. I think Twisted Into Form it's the album that encloses very well the Thrash definition perfectly.
Others like Kreator or Overkill would be more agressive and fast, some like Heathen are more technical, etc.
It's a hard choice because all bands have their high and lows, but Forbidden works fine for me.
