Le groupe Nightwish cherche sa nouvelle frontwoman et a officiellement posté ce communiqué sur son site Internet :

"NIGHTWISH is currently and actively looking for a new singer/frontwoman for the band. We need the obvious things: Looks, charisma, courage, and, of course, a big voice. Good grasp of the English language is also very helpful. We don't necessarily need a classically trained vocalist like Tarja Turunen (the former vocalist). We welcome all kinds of styles and voices, natural and trained, from rock and pop to classical, and all that you can find in between. You should however be prepared to sing with a lot of dynamics and versatility. From loud and high to very sensitive stuff.
"You should preferably send us a CD containing 2-3 songs that you consider to be your best work. If you send an album, would you mark out 2-3 most important songs, please? If you record and send NIGHTWISH songs, then the most important thing is your PERSONAL TOUCH. Photographs are needed as well.
"We will look into different applications and all candidates, but doing it this way would save us some time and energy. If you think you have it, just send your stuff to our management, and we'll be happy to take you onboard."

oui je préfere largement angela a tarja desoler pour les fan mais ta raison mec je voix deja nightwish avec une fille violente et tous qui ce dechaine comme les slipknot avec une voix genre six feet under ca serais marrant a entendre

Nightwish recherche donc activement une nouvelle chanteuse pour le groupe. Certains points sont évidemment obligatoires : un certain look, du charisme, du courage et bien sûr, une grande voix. Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est également très utile. Nous n'avons pas nécessairement besoin d'une chanteuse à la carrière classique comme Tarja Turunen. Tous les styles de voix sont les bienvenus, des voix naturelles ou expérimentées, du pop rock au classique et tout ce qu'il peut y avoir entre les deux. Cependant vous devrez vous préparer à chanter avec beaucoup de dynamique et de diversité. D'un chant haut et fort à un chant plus sensible.
Il serait préférable que vous nous envoyiez un CD contenant 2 à 3 chansons que vous considérez comme vos meilleures performances. Si vous nous envoyez un album complet, merci de nous indiquer les 2 ou 3 chansons les plus importantes. Si vous enregistrez et envoyez des chansons de Nightwish, n'oubliez pas alors que le plus important est votre touche personnelle.
Bien entendu, quelques photos de vous sont aussi nécessaires.
