1. THE WATCHER'S DREAM

The grip of winter still holds in my mind
Our dreams of summer drift away in time

And though the sun beats down on this place
The seeds of autumn begin to guide the way

The watcher rides in his cloak of gold
As he travels the winding road
His lantern flickers in dance with the breeze
There is no light, but he can see

You thought you'd be here for a long time
Now your life has gone astray
Those feelings that you thought you'd never find
Remember summer starts today


2. TWILIGHT FORTRESS

Under the mountain of one hundred dreams
Flows a river to gentle stream
As owl wings flutter northwards with the breeze
The rider sits to recount the scene

Oh, where have I gone?
Who have I been all along?

Oh, what I have seen?
What to believe?

Holy north, now come forth
So far way
Far away

Over the mountain
As great wings fill the air
High above the steeple
Of the temple unaware

The clouds give way to the other side
as we ascend into the sky
The castle doors open
to reveal the coming night


3. THE WASP

It came across the wood and barren fields
A message from beyond the hollow hills
I'm drawn toward the call of distant sands
The wasp inside is in command

The sense of motion is in my eyes
Conjures illusions of passing time
I come at last upon a ruined wall
The wasp's tower is standing tall

To take the future a broken man
To take their hopes and dreams within my hands
Inside the golden hall I come across
The living statue of the inner wasp

The waves of time shall flow from their eyes
Crashes on the rocks of their vacant minds
Spiritual prison that we live within
Shall not be pierced inside by the wasp's sting


4. EYES IN THE SKY

So far from home wonder alone
The eyes in the sky bring the sign

High the hill the castle stands still
Mysteries lost in the shrine

Gallop ahead into darkness I tread
Lost in the forest at night

The lantern burns when will I learn
Secrets obscured from sight

Statues of gods in steel and bronze
I feel the spirit of life

Above my head by stars I am lead
To temples of lords of the night

Withing these walls the shadows grow tall
The flames burn so bright

I journey home so lost and alone
The eyes in the sky bring the sign
