1. THE WATCHER'S DREAM

The grip of winter still holds in my mind
Our dreams of summer drift away in time

And though the sun beats down on this place
The seeds of autumn begin to guide the way

The watcher rides in his cloak of gold
As he travels the winding road
His lantern flickers in dance with the breeze
There is no light, but he can see

You thought you'd be here for a long time

2. TWILIGHT FORTRESS

Under the mountain of one hundred dreams
Flows a river to gentle stream
As owl wings flutter northwards with the breeze
The rider sits to recount the scene

Oh, where have I gone?
Who have I been all along?

Oh, what I have seen?
What to believe?

Holy north, now come forth
So far way
Far away

Over the mountain
As great wings fill the air
High above the steeple
Of the temple unaware

The clouds give way to the other side
as we ascend into the sky
The castle doors open
to reveal the coming night


3. THE WASP

It came across the wood and barren fields
A message from beyond the hollow hills
I'm drawn toward the call of distant sands
The wasp inside is in command

The sense of motion is in my eyes
Conjures illusions of passing time
I come at last upon a ruined wall
The wasp's tower is standing tall

To take the future a broken man
To take their hopes and dreams within my hands
Inside the golden hall I come across
The living statue of the inner wasp

The waves of time shall flow from their eyes
Crashes on the rocks of their vacant minds
Spiritual prison that we live within
Shall not be pierced inside by the wasp's sting


4. EYES IN THE SKY

So far from home wonder alone
The eyes in the sky bring the sign

High the hill the castle stands still
Mysteries lost in the shrine

Gallop ahead into darkness I tread
Lost in the forest at night

The lantern burns when will I learn
Secrets obscured from sight

Statues of gods in steel and bronze
I feel the spirit of life

Above my head by stars I am lead
To temples of lords of the night

Withing these walls the shadows grow tall
The flames burn so bright

I journey home so lost and alone
The eyes in the sky bring the sign


5. THE WARRIOR'S SPELL

To walk along the lonesome mountain road
Through misty moors and forest wed with snow
To cast the spell and vanquish all your foes
To drown all fears and sit at the golden throne

One day you'll see the view from inside
And then you'll hold the mystery in your eye
The ebb and flow of the distant tide
Shall cast the spell and thou shall step aside

Ride into your destiny
Fire within is visionary
Let them know your memory
Find the lock and turn the key

Falling from the edge of time
Masters of reality will fly
Stand alone atop the hill
Now's the time to cast the warrior's spell


6. STREET LAMPS CALLING

Among the streets
And in the dark
I walk alone
With empty heart

Like moth
To candle's warm light
I crave the street lamps
In the night

So let the street lamps
Be my guide
With twilight mists
By my side

And till the morning
I shall roam
Return to the shadows
All alone


7. LEAVING THIS PLACE

Calling my name
Calls from far

And when I hear it calling
The wind starts to blow
That's when I know it's time to
Leave here and go

I journeyed for so long
Trying to find
I tried so hard to see

8. MYSTIC CAVERN

Into the darkness
The shadow of the night
The candle flickers
As the forces come alive

The mystic cavern
Where all men have to go
To die in loneliness
The final curtain close

Into the cavern we will go
Into the depths of the unknown

Free from the madness
With wisdom at my side
Through the wax and wane
To the emptiness I cry

In the mystic cavern
With eyes as cold as snow
I learnt the secrets
That no man is to know


9. DYING DAZE

From distant shores
I travel on my way
Your touch is what I seek
That I shall call my own

In the dead of night
On streets of cobbled stone
Time now runs short
And the hordes of Hades moan

Poppies from the orient
And mushroom from the wood
Ephedra's fires burning
I did the best I could


10. LIFE AND DEATH

Give me a reason
A reason to stay
Out of season
All I see is rain

The door is open
Got to get through
You know I'm comin'
Comin' back to you

Colours flowing
Faster by my eyes
Reaching forward
Coming into sight

Atop the mountain

11. SOUND THE HORN

Where are the keys to this kingdom I see?
The throne lies empty - waiting for me

Outside the world sleeps, beyond the city walls
But I am waiting, waiting for your call

The horn cries out loudly, across the fields and plains
The summer's rays beat down - cast away the rain
Inside the castle of dark solitude
See the dreams of power, forever in full bloom


12. VAGRANT HUNTER

Wrath of the hunter
King of his trade
With no home to go to
He sleeps all day

At the heart of winter
With hell to pay
Like a wolf he cries out
He's following
