We are without question a lonely people
Corpse upon corpse as we fall
As the time passes though each of us
Indivinity thy name is human
Grace thy touch is alien.
Since i was a boy I have known hate.
As if it were a brothers confidence.
And to claim otherwise
Would be to ascribe to
An impossible duality
But the light has come into this world
To seek and to save all who were lost
And the flame grew before my eyes
And at once
i thought nothing of sacrifice
And your words were
As lights to my senses

There are spirits, i have felt them
Though my eyes were blind,
My soul has been discovered
And though my flesh exists,
I see it no longer as my confines.
For you in I is larger
Than any shell

So i find that though
i spent my life in darkness
I knew infinetly more about that darkness
The day i saw the light
