STRUTTER / 100,000 Years Casablanca/Warner Bros. NEB-0015 (USA, 1974) The final Warner Bros. distributed single and the hardest to find of the first 3 singles. The value of this single is hard to quantify, but copies often sell for more than $200 on the rare occasions they become available. As an additional point, the single was also the last Warner distributed Casablanca single using the "NEB" prefix. Copies seem to be misprinted "100,00 Years" in the majority of cases. LET ME GO, ROCK 'N ROLL / (STEREO-MONO) Casablanca NB-823DJ (USA, 1974) The promotional version is far easier to find than the somewhat enigmatic regular release version, but seemingly more obscure than even the Warner distributed singles. US Promotional Version
LET ME GO, ROCK 'N ROLL / Hotter Than Hell Casablanca NB-823 (USA, 1974) The rarest of the early KISS singles, and nearly impossible to find with its original blue "Bogart" label. However, it definately does exist in this non-promo format! The 1976 reissue comes in a couple of varieties, one with promintent "Allen Zentz" mastering etched into the matrix. I WAS MADE FOR LOVIN' YOU / Hard Times Casablanca NB-983 (USA, 1979) This single is very easy to obtain, considering it sold 1,000,000 copies. Hence, several variations. At 3:23, the single mix of "Hard Times" released as the B-side to "I Was Made For Lovin' You" is just 0:03 longer than the original album version of the song. While this difference is minor, the song fades out and ends on a single drum/guitar chord/note, similar to the manner with which a band ends a song live where a fade-out isn't possible. This feature is not present on the album version which simply fades out and ends. US Release Version Type 1 US Release Version Type 2 US Release Version Type 3
