Après le succés d'archetype, Fear Factory travail en ce moment sur son nouvel album Transgression qui devrait sortir fin août.

Certains de ces nouveaux titres seront joués lors du Gigantour (tournée américaine qui réuni Megadeth, Dream Theater, Fear Factory, Dillinger Escape Plan, Nevermore ,Dry Kill Logic et Symphony X) qui débute fin juillet.
