What influenced you to write it?

I got inhouse (essentially they threw me in detention for a day) for skipping school, and it gets pretty boring in there... I just started writing about how much I Hate that place

Might as well post this on here. Not meant to be metal lyrics but I could probably throw these onto a Decrepit Birth album or something and nobody would notice. It's just something I wrote out of boredom - I personally think it's terrible but go ahead and patronize me if you wanna.

At Eternity's End

I am one with the light

as she guides me through the passage that is the cosmos.

Awareness at a minimum

as are senses; creating an infinite positivity

a spark of fire.

These Lyrics Eat the dick, so to speak, compared to other posts. But hey, i only did them for a History Assignment on Port Arthur. (& no, i couldnt have done them on Martin Bryant, Only the historic stuff)

MMm, back in the 19th century, when the British settled in Tasmania (demoralising the poor aborigines as they did so), They set up Port Arthur, (and other penal settlements alike, throughout australia) because of the huge amounts of convicts in Britain which was basically overflowing. (Didnt help that the yanks fought for independence, which meant that the poms couldnt transport anymore convicts there, which basically helped form Australia). Anyway, when they formed the Penal Settlement known as Port Arthur, they had these cells in a coal mine working Area, not Far from Port arthur itself, where the men would be thrown in together. You can probably know what would happen.
In the words of Alexander Pearce, "Our Hunger Overcome sanity" or some such shit along those lines. (Check out the movie Van Diemans land, or just check out Alexander Pearce. Interesting stuff.)

Oh, and those port arthur lyrics arent very good. they dont flow very well 4th stanza just sucks balls. I was thinking of God Dethroned song "Under a darkening sky". Similarites. God Dethroned "Daybreak, cannons fire"
