Dark Angel - Leave Scars

Incredibly underrated album. Somewhere between the explosive, Relentless thrash of Darkness Descends and the progressively minded Assault of Time Does Not Heal, this album holds up exceptionally well. The riffs are absolutely pulverising, Gene Hoglan is a Beast on the drums here, and Ron Rinehart does a great job on vocals here, a lot more so than on TDNH.
