Holy shit... Did the new York Philharmonic orchestra do the classical instrument on this song? Thanks for The Heads up dude. Hadn't heard anything about a new album from em at all. I am so stoked to see fleshgod on summer Slaughter in a couple weeks. It's worth the $25 just to see these guys.

Darkthrone - Under a Funeral Moon

My favourite Darkthrone record when all is said and done. This just feels so fucking Twisted and Deranged compared to anything else they have ever done. The riffs at times get drawn out into these really almost awkward, malignant chords, Fenriz's drumming gets really off-kilter in feel thoughout ("Crossing the Triangle of Flames" has some of the most weirdly stunted drumming i've ever heard), and Nocturno Culto's vocals are absolutely poisonous, the best performance of his entire career.

"To Walk The Infernal Fields" is one of my Absolute favourite Black Metal songs of all time, despite the Fact that its main riff is complete and Shameless Bathory worship. Like, you could swear that riff was from "Enter The Eternal Fire".
