Enigmatick says : I still find it strange that that guy managed to write such complex, detailed stories- he was an awkward nerdy twerp in real life.

You do know how he wrote his stories, right? He got night terrors (also known as, nightmares that can actually Kill you) regularly. From these, he took notes straight after.

And he based his stories directly off of these night terrors.
Hell, they were probably even more Deranged than his stories turned out to be.

I actually didn't know that. Whaddya know, learn something new every day.

He's still a twerp though. In all the years he was married to his wife, apparently he never said "i love you". Jeez. And I'm pretty sure she was smokin' hot, or at least she was back in the early 20th century when everybody was ugly.

Still love him though.

Yeah, you're right.
I think his work also influenced some bands and artists here on SoM, like Malevolentia and Robert Lowe from Candlemass. But I think only a few tracks from their earlier albums were influenced by him.

But if you ask me, that's blatantly obvious...

The band that I feel is Overloaded with Lovecraftian goodness is Portal. Besides the part that the band looks like they are Insane, read their lyrics.

We could go on forever with Lovecraftian based bands.

So... could you explain where you signature comes from, Enig?

It's a famous Sarcofago lyric. It's kinda paraphrased, but it's off of "Deathrash"

You find the seal of the seven lords often on albums/ merch/ stuff concerning the DM band Vader. Has nobody noticed that yet?

This photo relfects some parts of my personality: a bit mysterious and introvert, love of shorter hair, leather an sunglasses, observer, thinker and perhaps a bit a Seducer too?
