Please do not mix subjectivity with objectivity. Metal got diversificated, it suffered mutations and new genres appeared. I know it may be difficult to accept something that is new but you shouldn't Judge that way, either you like the new styles or not.

Although these reactions may be normal.
I suppose people were saying the same about Thrash, Death and Black when the genres appeared just because they didn't sound the same as the first riffs of Heavy Metal around ten years before. And nowadays, no one says these aren't Metal genres.

All that Earine tries to say is that there are different opinions about metal . Through time and age it changed . I have seen many metalheads to bow to Nu Metal . And i have also seen many old Metalheads , the old school , laughing at black , death and other kinds cause they cant understand it .
Its not the role of the members nor of the Administrators to Decide whats Tr00 metal and whats false metal . I dont like Metalcore , porngrind , epic Power , raw black .. Should those be declared false metal cause i dont like them ?
Its not the single persons that Decide over it . But all the metalheads . Times change . if some metalheads want to listen to that kind of music , its their right , and Spirit of Metal will serve their needs , cause thats what it was created to do .

I didn't mean to sound like that you described, sorry if I did. I was trying to say that every new style of music gets pejorative comments, specially in the beggining. Music sufffer changes and if it didn't, we would be only listening to Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin, no? I don't like Emo Metal as well, but many metalheads do, and it's the ammount of listeners that end up putting the style in the Metal platform.
And I don't think these musicians are trying to imitate the previous bands, they developed a new style from the early ones. Not falsery, just creativity in my opinion, which takes a long time to be accepted.
