I see a lot of debate going around on the new Tool album, titled 'Fear Inoculum'. Many are saying it's their best album to date, others say it is their worst. I personally think it's an okay album after 13 years of no music from them. Though, I do believe it could've been a bit better. My favorite song would be 'Fear Inoculum', with '7empest', as a close second. As so, that leads me to wonder what others think about it.

Is it a good album? Could it have been better? What's their best song from the album? I am really curious to see what the community thinks.
