Hei! To all the Prog dudes out there! I wanted to make this topic simply to discuss and chat about Progressive music. The mutated child of the Metal Gods.

One thing I think is fun and very important is to find new, non famous bands. Which brings me to the title of this topic, The New Progressive Generation. I would like you dudes to tell about bands that you know about, that are not of the upper league . If you know about a local band or anything like that, please share them with us!

The Imaginary Direction of Time - Winds
This Godless Endeavor - Nevermore

All great albums.

There aren't really any bands from around my Area, but some unknown bands would be Winds, Fredrik Thordendal's Special Defects (I Hate djent, but this is very good) and In The Woods..., all very good, but unknown bands.

I really liked -In the Woods. They sound like a mix of Agalloch, Alcest and old Opeth(About the age of Morningrise)
